Really insightful and emotive book, that is making me question my own identity.

A fascinating book with amazing insight into a range of different understandings of language and accent. I found the end of this chapter quite compelling in its description of how medical conditions can make us lose control of our identities and alter who we are; very powerful anecdotes of stammers.

I love the way the author argues his points throughout the book, and the thoughtfulness that characterises these arguments.
