I am reading this one out loud to my boyfriend, and I am telling you, this reads incredibly out loud. Maybe first-person narrative is meant for that. I love Mouse's voice.

This is beyond charming and adorable so far— romantic escapism at its best! (Though I will never get used to first person perspective books. Always so jarring at first.)
