almost done i literally cannot put this book down im at a cafe so funfunfun

Though I began on page 50-ish today, I've become very invested in it! However, most of it is not out of joy. Holly does a great job of hooking the readers and leaving them wanting more, but I found myself angry at the protagonist over and over again. I find it very difficult to like Bel because of her unhealthy persistence and her downright bullying of the people around her, including her mother!

listened to the audiobook, and I'm still working on it :( have a whole book stack to get through first

I told myself I would get at least to page 100 today, but now I can't stop reading! I am a little pissed off at Bel's character right now, but I have to give it to her because of how much impact her mother's absense made on her.
