Honestly this book is not as much of a page turner as his others but it finally just got pretty good around 75% of the way in and now I'm glad i kept pushing....we'll see how it shakes out.

So weird...I sprained my ankle last week and then both books I'm reading mention ankle injuries and I approached those parts of each book at the same time. Also, since I moved to upstate NY, most books I read have been mentioning the Hudson valley or Adirondack chairs...what's going on!!

Etta is kind of a savage...she scares me. My heart breaks for little Celia but big Celia needs to kick rocks...also MMC is a perfect example of husbands' gross negligence to the internal emotional world of their wives. This book makes me never want to get married or pregnant. Great, really compelling read so far.
