really good so far!! read the first half in one sitting

after some time in prayer this morning, i picked up Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris and read through chapter 6. it was EXACTLY what i needed! this book, as well as Love Riot by Sara Barratt, are absolute recommends for any teen!! honestly, while written for teens, anyone can learn a LOT from these truly transformative books!! both books i have gone back to again and again!! 🥳❤️

this book is much funnier and more relatable when you view the characters as middle schoolers rather than high schoolers!! enjoying the silliness and the fall vibes!!

this book is absolutely incredible. if you haven’t yet, read it NOW!! 🤩

i’ve never heard of anyone actually enjoying this book, and i am already seeing why just 43 pages in 😂 the characters act more like middle schoolers than high schoolers, the dialogue is difficult to follow at times, and there has been two mentions already of a girl having two moms. unless the fall vibes really deliver, this book will get dnf’d. 😂

i’m SUPER excited for fall, so i wanted to get a head start on some autumn reads…
