Not sure there is a real point to the plot or that anything climactic will happen, but I am delighting in the reading and flow of it so far!

Did this just end in a cliff hanger!!!!!!!

Oh dear. I am pretty sure I know the twist and it feels so very obvious. I really hope I am wrong.

It started off a little slow but this is a great story as we get more into it! The way the prose opens like a beautiful flower!

Ok this may be the book that has me done with this series. Cause it is ridiculous that with all the proof she has they still do not believe her. I may be more aggravated than Jake!

Ok a lady comes to you bragging she has your book that is missing and you don’t go to the cops? Added on it is missing from the person you sent it to who was murdered. WTF

If this thing they found isn’t that violin from earlier books I will scream! Also how is she acting like she could not possibly know what is in this box hidden in the foundation of her basement! That book was not that long ago!

Ok, I am many books into this series and enjoy the mysteries but am highly annoyed at the inconsistency in the background story. It seems to fluctuate from book to book, I guess to fit whatever the current life situation. Maybe I would not notice if I were not binging the series.

Continuity issue, In a previous book she said her parents had died in a bombing accident when someone accidentally set it off in their activist group. Very clearly she said her father was not at fault but tried for it because he was the only survivor. In this book she said her father made the mistake by touching the wrong wires together. It just struck me as I have been binging the series and it is fresh in my mind.

I am not believing this premise as to why a woman with a master's degree is working as a maid in a run down motel! Giving up reality here.

Name game again!! Why can't we use pronouns! :(

Ugh, first person. Other than that it has been very interesting. Can not wait for the smexy.

Why does this author hate pronouns so much? If I hear this guy's name one more time!!!! $ times in one paragraph is over kill!! I get it we know his name a;ready!

OMG!!!! I can not believe this book is going to start off breaking my heart! Two supporting characters from the previous book who were perfect for each other and wormed their way into my heart. Let's start this book by killing one of them so the other can have a new HEA. Not sure I will be able to do this one.
