This is a technical informative book and at times I find myself 'lost' and need to re-read sections. I wish the author had included sketches or diagrams to help the reader grasp the concept.
It absolutely should be a subject that is taken more seriously.

Lots of technical information, which is very interesting. I've been reading ahead to the actual 'diet' and find that the ingredients and the use of expensive oil, organic foods and spices will be a big deterrent for me. I like simple and my budget just isn't that flexible.
I am interested in learning more about the liver and the cleanse to rid the body of toxins. I have read both pros and cons. So, more research
