Some interesting stories and reveals, but does not have much of a point. Largely wandering from one event to another unrelated one, especially toward the end. Sure, life is that way, but I expect a memoir to have more purpose than a diary.

Slow going, but I think I can do it. Maybe it's getting more narrative and less historical at this point...?
