The only thing keeping me reading this book is the fact that it’s not boring, despite the pacing being VERY fast. And when I say very, I mean VERY, VERY fast. Seriously. (And the FMC’s father, Dimitri, is the most attractive character in this entire book. He even managed to outshine the MMC.) 😭🖤

Oh my God, this book is a little cringe 🙂✨

Let me tell you a little about it:

First of all, the MMC fell in love with her at first sight. (I don’t really like this. Like, you can be attracted to her or find her interesting, but LOVE her already?! Sir, calm down 😭)

And guess what? He’s already jealous too. Like… excuse me?? 🙂

I’m still not sure whether I should read this book or continue the Edge of Darkness series, but honestly, I’d say there’s a 75% chance I’ll end up reading this one. 😭

We haven’t even gotten to the actual story yet. We’re still in Heathan and Ellis’s childhood, and let me just say… they were adorable.

Heathan and Ellis — or, as Ellis likes to call them, Dolly and Rabbit — are honestly perfect together. I’m already so attached to them, and I’m really loving this book so far. 😭🖤

The main characters are both completely crazy and messed up, there’s blood, sharp objects, and so many warnings at the beginning of the book… and I’m loving it so far 😭🖤🔥🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

(Don’t worry, I’m not crazy. I just happen to love books like this.)

I didn’t realize how much I missed Jacks and Evangeline until I started reading this novella. 💗😭😭

OMG this book is SO fun 😭😭 The first few chapters are hilarious, especially Lynx slowly losing his mind because of Sable 😭💀

I just finished the trilogy. Oh my God, I have so many mixed feelings 💗😭
