Then the book actually starts and it’s a breath of fresh air!

Holy BASED. I’m not sure why people claim she has no sense of humour. Or, indeed, that she’s an unrealistic writer. Anyone who has had a conversation with an incompetent superior recognises the bullshit the Dean pulls on Roark.
