Have had this on my list to read due to mental health themes.
Found at library. Read the first chapter at library, very intrigued.
Struggled with wrapping my head around some of the writing style but got back on track. I find the chapters long. Hard to finish a chapter to chapter some days. Loving the mental heath themes and references.

Trying to read a chapter often or daily.
Really timely book and helping me with my wellbeing and mindset in a testing time of doors closing and trying to figure the path
