I taught an excerpted version of Hamlet to my on level students recently, and it was such an insightful and interesting experience that it made me want to reread the entire play. This is my first time reading it since college, and I'm certainly enjoying it more than I did when I took my Shakespeare course in college.

I could stay up late reading this novel. But I'll save the drama for tomorrow.

I wish I had started reading this novel earlier in the day so I could have binged the whole thing. But sadly, I have to stop here so I can at least get some sleep today.

Sigh...female protagonist's mom (the character with dementia) has just had a stroke and is nearing the end of her life. So this is triggering and bringing up past trauma, but I like to torture myself, so I'm still reading. The romance is slow burn and very compelling, and the female protagonist is able to put her mom in a great memory care place, so there's that.

Sigh, one of the characters has a relative with dementia...Why am I still reading this?
