Currently rereading this book a seventh time after finally getting my own physical copy last Christmas! In the movie, two of the sisters and Rosaleen are played by Queen Latifah, Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys. Lily and her parents are played by Dakota Fanning, Hilarie Burton and Paul Bettany.
