Also, kGB needs an editor. I’m only 5% of the way in and the typos and grammar errors are so abundant they’re distracting. Don’t get me wrong, I like her writing style (this is my third book). However, I can’t tell you how enjoyable this would be if I wasn’t constantly auto-correcting. Just saying…

This is a wonderfully cozy read yet I’ve been reading in tears for the last 30%.

This book is really pissing me off. I’m not sure that’s a good thing. 🤬🤬🤬

I’m near speechless at this point. But nearly half way through and I can’t stop. Not now.

I’m really liking this so far. Maybe even more than The Wedding Date. Shocker.

Olivia and Max are serious people. They are relatable ... tangible even. I feel like I know them (or folks like them). Somehow, that makes it sexier???

I don’t know. I like a good “will they/won’t they” as much as the next person. But I’m beginning to understand that stability is my kink.

I’m Struggling. It started off strong but I’ve lost interest. I’ll come back to it.

I'm hopping around a bit. But each story is just so captivating. I'm surprised at how sad and painful some of the stories are. But the writing is so wonderful and pure. It's an ugly kind of beauty.

So far North Country is my favorite because as a former Midwestern girl, I know this life. I know this woman.
