It's almost an exact copy of the hunger games, and at the graduation part at the beginning, it mimics the plot of The Giver by Louis Lowry

I'd say it is a pretty good book, but more than half of it is copied from the hunger games. It has a whole testing part that is in the writer's own style, but it slowly transitions into Suzanne Colins' style of writing. It has mutations exactly like in the hunger games, and Cia's and Tomas' relationship closely mimics that of Katniss and Peeta. It has a bit of a creepy vibe to it too, and a bunch of plot holes too.
