A very clear-headed exploration of conspiracy theories, their links to ideologies and social movements, and their impact on ordinary people.

It’s clear and there are some genuinely helpful bits in here. But it feels like this book is a regurgitation of advice I’ve seen explained in more detail elsewhere.

I know this book tells an interesting story, but I feel like it’s buried in dull details. The pertinent points aren’t being presented in a way that makes them engaging or easy to follow. I don’t know if I’ll continue with this one.
