Kinda weird but interesting...not really sure how to feel yet

Ok, the dialogue is getting a little cringe and I'm starting to get bored. I don't know how to feel right now but I have a hunch it's going to start getting a lot better really soon!

Oh my gosh! The scene where they're about to drown in the sewer and they kiss and he tells her he doesn't regret anything that happened between them? Perfection. I'm so invested.

Just starting, I'm absolutely loving the world and the characters, but it was a bit hard to get through at the beginning because I wasn't familiar with the Grishaverse but now it's so much better! I'm taking a break to read Reckless, but I'll start this again right after!

It's already so good! I'm getting so excited for the rest of this series, especially after powerless was so amazing! I just know this book is going to tear me apart, so I'm really scared. Wish me luck!!
