I remember reading and loving this book many, many years ago. I’ve always wanted to reread it, and came across a great deal on the audiobook. I just started listening to it and am enjoying it once again.

I didn’t realize this was a sequel and haven’t read the first….giving up on this one

Rereading for book club

Rereading this gem, as I watch the incredibly well done adaptation, the final chapter of the Neopolitan quartet.

Just the book I needed after some dark, heavy reads. Not that this book doesn’t have some darker moments, but they are written about with warmth and even some humor. Plus, it is a book that moves right along and sometimes that is just perfect.

This going to be a DNF a for me. I have liked this author for her previous psychological thrillers (Behind Closed Doors is great), but after listening to about 25%, I just can’t waste one more minute for a premise that is so uninteresting and flat characters that bore me to tears.

Rereading this 16 years later for book club. We’ve each chosen a “banned” book to read and discuss at our next meeting.

This book is just not keeping my attention. I’m going to put it aside for now….unless someone can persuade me that it’s worth plowing through.

Hamilton High is the”alias” for my high school. I’ve just started reading, and am amazed already at how spot on the analysis is.

Really need a light book after some dark reads. This should do the trick.
