Chapter Nineteen— in which Leonard attends Herr Silverman’s class to give him his gift almost brought me to tears with how much Silverman seems to actually care about Leonard, in comparison to Baback (who was the previous person Leonard gave a gift to). It makes me wonder how this novel is going to end, with so many moments feeling like foreshadowing of whats to come. This book might make me cry soon enough..
