I'm pretty invested in the story now because there is a huge focus on Arabella (officially my favorite character) and the fae storyline. Depending on how that goes it could make up for the SLOW start. I fear the reaction of some coworkers on my semi-enjoyment.

My favorite characters are Mrs. Strange and Lady Pole, I want more scenes with them. I still find Mr. Norrell unbearable in large quantities. Mr. Strange is entertaining and clever, so I like when the storyline features him. I am excited for the focus to be on fae/faeries and will be disappointed if the fae storyline is lame.

This is taking forever to get through, I think I need a graphic novel break. Mr. Norrell is a boring character and I want to fall asleep if it features him for more than 5 pages in a row. Now the fae storyline with taking people dancing all night has my full interest and I want more of that.

To the people forcing me to read this, it finally got interesting and is semi-holding my attention.

I wonder if the future will lead to this or if we will actually have a 'good' downfall... anyways I think I might smell some romance? hmmm

I am in love with this book so far, I just want to jump inside and become part of the book. Sam & Grace are perfect for each other.
