I'm struggling with this book. Poor writing.

I'm really struggling with this book. Poor writing. Poor character development. And it's just not holding my jnterest. Large print with wide spaces between the lines on small paper tells me the story is short and the publisher is using every trick to make it look like a full sized book.

Reads more like a historical account / description of events rather than historical fiction. Very little dialogue or character development.
