Seriously 1/3rd done already? (Our latest read-aloud.) I want this book to go on for awhile. I'm enjoying Sage's snark and his journey. But Tobias, now ... I thought Tobias would remain the mild-mannered scholarly type, but he's become such an arrogant little thing. I started narrating him in a bit of a Draco Malfoy voice 😆

Chapter 4 ... Sage piques my interest, but now this Conner dude just seems pure evil! I may have used the term, "Nasty-wasty skunk" (from How the Grinch Stole Christmas), but my 13-year-old is apparently above such silliness now, and loftily informed me that that sounds "stupid." LOL. I stand by the term I used! 😂

Actually, they are "hunting" for photo & video footage, just to clarify the title!

I think the book is actually starting now ...

This book just keeps getting better! Currently reading it aloud to my 13- and 14-year-old, but I want to read ahead!

The most fun part of reading this out loud is doing Swordmaster Quinton's Scottish accent. 😄 That, and giving Tiran a bit of a Draco Malfoy voice.
