It may be a short read, but that doesn’t make it any less impactful 😩

This book is so precious and heartwarming
(And yes I am incredibly biased in reviewing it because I wish me and my queer friends had access to this growing up in Tamil Nadu; so we would have felt a little less alone and misunderstood 🤍)

When I say I was HOOKED and did not put it down until the very last page

A charming, queer, coming-of-age book with a culture that I strongly resonate with. What more can I ask?

I hated this book; don’t get me wrong. But I WAS ENTERTAINED the whole time.

I liked a few of the poems; however, most of them fell flat for me. The illustrations intrigued me more often than the texts accompanying them

I am glad I am not the only one who thought this gives off Drarry fanfic vibes.

This book has got me giggling, happy screaming and blushing… AND I AM A GUY
