This book bored me. I wanted to give up reading it so many times.
It felt to me like one tediously drawn out statement, with little to no dramatic tension, no direct involvement with the characters, no emotion. Just a continuous lists of “they did this” and “then they did that”, “they opened an email, then they took drugs. The next morning they felt regret”: see I can write like that too!
