If you’re going to pronounce “Eva” as “Ava” in the audiobook PLEASE ENSURE YOU DON’T REFER TO “AEVA” as “E” AT ANY POINT or you will confuse your listeners. Btw, it’s EEEEEEEEVA not AAAAAAVA

I think it would be more impactful if it weren’t talking so much about Jesus tbf, but I like the underlying premise

Audiobook significantly better than reading it but still not great

To preface, I’m listening to this on audiobook. Normally I appreciate the author reading her own book, but I think she does the book a disservice this time around. I have to slow the speed down by a tenth because it feels like it’s already sped up. The story itself is a whole other issue entirely that I am reserving judgment for until I am done.

1.25x speed is the way to go. Enjoying it so far but it’s such a long book to listen to

How did Goodreads know I picked this one back up off my shelf today? 🤔

I enjoy her storytelling, but I did have to up the speed to 1.25x, because it was too slow for me at the start
