Monica
Monica is reading The Covenant of Water
Good story but far too long. Toooooo much medical jargon. Should have ended around chapter 7. Loved gthe beginning. Ending packs a wallop.

Italy as Fascism takes Jews. Good story. Great characters. Predictable at times

Monica
Monica is reading Just Tyrus
I really liked it. I know Tyrus as wrestler and Fox News. Perceptive man.

Monica
Monica is finished with The Scarlet Pimpernel
Swashbuckling melodramatic fast paced tale. Anti Semitism of the time is very evident. Movie doesn't get close to book plot

Great collection of short stories. Sherlock never disappoints.
