We are apparently getting a did not finish reading shelf, and honestly, this is the thing that my book life has been missing for close to a decade now. Because we all have those books that we start reading, and then we realize that these are hours we are never getting back, and we decide not to finish them to limit the damage.

Apparently, Goodreads does not include books that you are rereading as part of the yearly challenge. That’s not cool, but at least they’re listed as red on my shelves with new dates. I guess you can’t win them all.
