While I was reading this I thought mmh I wonder if he ever reviewed Locanda Locatelli here in London and apparently he has, therefore his opinion on it will determine whether this gets four or three stars

page 139-141 are without a shadow of a doubt the cringiest pages I have ever read in my whole life I swear to God I had to take a ten minutes break to process them

I would personally love to know the thought process behind writing a book about otherworldly monsters never seen before and deciding that you know what? I’m not even going to attempt to describe them. You’re getting a “it’s very big” and that’s all.
