Eager to finish this classic.

The end is in sight. Hurrah!

I so wanted to be done with this in April, but clearly at the rate I'm going I will he lucky to finish it in May But finish it I will.

Probably not the best attitude: read my allotted two chapters in the morning and "get them out of the way."

My two chapters a day regimen gas gone by the wayside. Some days In dob"t pick this up at all. But I'm still determined to finish it.

I'm determined to finish this and have a daily goal of two chapters. I may read more if I wish, but so far that's only happened once.

It's better, but still I have not grown to love it.

Just beginning to like this a bit more. Obviously a slow starter for me. This is divided into 8 books, and I have just finished the first 2.

This pains me greatly, since I enjoyed the first two books if this trilogy so very much, but I am giving up on this one. It's not giving me any pleasure at all.

Long chapters--50 pages; long book--554 pages.

Took this on a trip and never had a chance to start it. Now that I have, I'm really enjoying it.

Sobbing. What sort of amazing writing skills does an author have to have to pull you into a book so quickly?

Growing up two of the family dogs were named Porgy and Bess
