For some reason, I’m finding hard getting used to the third person voice.
Yet this is a nice and easy-to-read book. As my first book of the year I do also appreciate the short chapters

It is quite clear how much work has taken place in the making of this graphic novel. This is my first Chris Ware book, yet not my first graphic novel.
There’s one clear issue, which personally downgrades my reading experience. How hard it is to follow the order of the panels. I often feel lost in the story, having to re-read scenes, breaking the flow of my reading.

Halfway through this and oh boy this better get a lot more interesting. Not too sure why but I find it boring, I don’t really care about any of the characters, and all this fandom talk just makes things even worse.
There are so many annoying characters.

Nightmare Asylum.
Den Beauvais should’ve illustrated the whole series. Beautiful artwork, work of light and contrast, really reminiscent of Alien and Alines. I think this story seemed shorter because I really enjoyed it.

Outbreak

This was a fun reading. Interesting story taking place after Aliens.
I have to say I had to re-read some panels to make sense of who is who and what was going on. I feel like the scene-to-scene or action to action transitions made it a bit confusing.
The art style, not sure if its the crosshatching or the colouring, but not much of a fan of it, with some panels having very weird hand angles.

Unexpectedly picked up this book, and I must say it has really made me think a lot about my own life and my own perspective. A lot to take in, and all very insightful.

Re reading this again!

82 pages in and I can’t believe I am wasting my time reading this. Maybe I’m getting old, or maybe this book is simply too boring. Should’ve assumed it since YA and werewolves are usually a disappointment. Well, I refuse to use my time on this.

I really dislike Thalia, I seriously prefer Clarisse, and I wonder if there is going to be a half blood from Hades. Although it's very unlikely.

if only I would've read this when I was still in school... but later better than never
