OMG, this is worse than a horror novel, The symptoms and "treatmeant" of the second victim is so evil. In every Detail you get to read how a body infested with Ebola desolves. Ebola is the most evil disease on eath.

Die Protagonistin aus der Vergangenheit ist so dermaßen unsympathisch. Egoistisch, dumm, ungebildet und auch noch stolz darauf. Das einzige, was sie kann, ist tanzen.
So etwas mag ich gar nicht.

This book shatters my soul. I cried several times by now. :-(
It is so devastating - putting children to lifelong sentence in prison. Children who go to prison for second murder by the age of 16 and know they will die in prison. Children who shot, but not killed, a victim and sat from the age of 14 for 18 years in solitary confiment.
It is insane!

This is so shocking.
Unbelievable!
Why? Why dows American Justice enable something like that?
I am frustrated and in desperation, bc this is not an isolated case.

Der eine ist ein notgeiler Astronaut, der alle Damen irgendwie flachlegt und sonst nicht weiter nachdenkt (wtf?), dazu die karrieregeile Akademikerin, die am liebsten den Nobelpreis hätte. Sollen die Charaktere absichtlich unsympathisch sein?
Der Plot nimmt nach 25% aber langsam an Fahrt auf.
Zwischendurch okay, max. 3S.

Maaaaaaan, this book is so boring. I cannot read more than 10 pages a day. And just when there's a little bit of tension the author brings in another useless chapter with useless side information.

Wow, there really is a lot of talking in this book. -_-

The characters are just great - Gus - what a man, so funny and sensitive! Call - a real secret.
I really like how the author gives me a good look into the head of every important character.

The plot is like Swiss cheese - full of holes. I compulsively try to ignore these holes. But there's suspense now ...
Surely nothing for readers who do not like "super-duper" heroes because the main character is one of them. *argh*

This is like chewing gum. Hard, serious stuff. Although I am almost through, I feel like I might still need ages to finish it.

This part sucks so far. Krakens daughters, queenmakers. Too much of Cersai. 2 Stars so far.

I am able to like short stories O_o. And Knockemstiff absolutely is the heart of darkness.

This is by far the dumbest zombie-novel I've ever read. 25 years 'after': there are still working cars and still working filling stations (and electricity!). Well, there are also still working batteries in cars and the pump at a filling station does not need electricity at all!
And the zombies are real loser zombies. How could they ever be any danger?

The ongoing events are totally unpredictable. Until now it's an interesting family story - no black and white characters. But something's wrong wit Ed now @ Age 50. I sense drama.

Oh man. Sometimes I couldn't stop turning the pages and sometimes I couln't stop myself from sighing and 'Eh-what-a-poor-surprise!'-thinking ...

Hearing "Hurray for the Riff Raff" is my best musical support while reading this book. It's dark, bleak, gruesome and hopeless. But there's also beauty hidden in it. That damn book creepes into me like a parasitic worm I can't get rid of. Intense. Nasty.

Well, in there's really a darker shade of dark.

I don't know what's wrong with me. But I can't bring me to like Kvothe and his story (I liked the story in the beginning though). I really, really wanted to like/love it but I've got to face the thruth: I don't give a damn about him. Maybe the last quarter will change my mind.
