I want to like this book sooo badly but it feels like the plot has barely moved. I'm either confused or just bored. Like, we get it, perfume in this world has semi-magical powers. You don't need to remind me every 5 pages.

I'm loving this book, but God, the layout and physical structure of this city and some of its settings are so confusing. A map or some illustrations would go a LONG way.
