Hit a wall...will try to push through

So...this is really weird. I can't figure out if I've actually somehow read this before or if it's so predictable that I'm predicting everything that happens next. I feel like it would have to be the first..but when and were did I read this?

I have a feeling this is going to be one of those that I wish I would have started years earlier...TBR pile win!

It's been a while since a book really hit me and made me curious. Glad I finally dusted this one off!

Oh GOD...not another, "He can't love me...I'm too plain and he's too GORGEOUS." Cue dramatic "hand-to-forehead" damsel-in-distress, motion.

The pace REALLY picked up now that the major plot twist is out in the open! Super excited!

A cool tale of time travel and good vs. bad...so why is it taking me so long to get through?? Hmmmm....

Well, we've spent almost the whole first 100 pages in a hotel room...NOT doing naughty things...could use some change here...

You know, Most memoirs seem to be all about how hard someone's life is. This is the 5th or 6th that comes across whiney and mopey...come on people. We get it. You had a rough time of it. Don't we all??

Okay...warming up to it...

Almost 100 pages in, and there has been almost no back story and world building. I feel like threads of the plot are being dangled in front of me, but then yanked out of my reach before I understand what's going on...I WANT to like this book...but it's getting hard for me

A fun , if a little young, read! Enjoying the mythology!

Another great Benny Imura story...but...something is a little off for me. It's like, the book is trying to be deeper and more serious than the content. Well, we'll see. Gotta keep Reading!
