Started out good, kind of bland. There’s no drama, at least so far.

I can barely understand this audiobook. I need to slow it down to snail speed.

I had no idea there was another one in the series!

My only disagreement was when he didn’t approve of songs like, “Nobody loves me like you.” But agree about the movie God’s Not Dead. That is the most bland movie that is washed down Christianity. I counter this with who is watching and listening to these productions. A true Christian learns discernment and sees the truth in all things. The good, the bad, and sees the message for what it’s worth.

I thought I was close to a happy ending and realized I’m only half way done.

You know when you read a bunch of so-so books for a while and then you come across a new Emily Henry book, you remember WHY YOU LOVE READING. I want Emily Henry living in my head, speaking for me, having her wit. I would be the best conversationalist, sassy and smart. Ugh, I don’t want to listen to the last 30 minutes of this book because then it would be over. 🥹

I read somewhere that the hero would never date the heroines best friend after they break up bc that would eliminate ANY chance of reuniting. I don’t remember which hero said that but it made total sense. Yes so far this doesn’t read like 40 yr old women. Yes I love the 90s references…. Can totally relate but they act much younger.

This book is soooooo frustrating

Ugh I don’t like Christmas books when it’s not Christmas but there wasn’t any good books available. All the great ones are on the waiting list.

Ugh this is boring. I have the audio book at maximum speed and keep hitting skip forward 15 seconds. Ugh maybe It’ll pick up?
