Okay, this book is frustrating me, but it’s obviously stuck in the ‘must do ridiculous things for the story to happen’—trope..

This is finally getting to be a bit more creepy for me, which I am absolutely here for!

Why a person would want to remove a heavy wooden bar from the front of a mausoleum is beyond me…that’s just asking for trouble… 😳

My hold on Libby just became available, so you bet I jumped right into this one, regardless of the other books I’m also currently reading, lol!

Not sure if I found an editing error (using a name of someone deceased in place of a living person), or if this was a small foreshadowing that something bad was coming… 👀

Maybe I’ll come back to this book later, but it’s been too much of a struggle for me to actually be interested in what I’m reading, and I fear that if I keep trying I’ll have a hard time reading anything else, so this is a soft DNF for now.

The Holly Jackson book is boring me, so I’m starting this one as my one “non-romance” book.
