I knew this book might break me, but I'm at 89% and have had to go and find the tissues and a glass of water. Need to be able see clearly to carry on

I am only at 17% and.like the reasoning and understanding behind THe weight gain what I am struggling with is the BMI and 50lbs overweight doesn't make Tal the size he is described as both terms of clothing size or physically. (I am short and overweight and know what clothes size I am). I am genuinely thinking I have.misunderstood something.

I am only on page 9 and have to pause cos I am sobbing so my hard. Gonna blow my nose, wipe my eyes and carry on.
