I’m still plugging through this! Determined to finish it- I loved Crime and Punishment. This one I don’t love- even though I appreciate FD’s development of characters.( he gets into everything the characters feel, think, experience) However, I feel like he is venting some emotional health issues in this book. But, that’s just my take of it.

I’m reading this to keep all the characters with multiple names straight.
Plus, I went on vacation and used this as a quick review of what I previously read.

This book will take time due to many Biblical references. I need to pause and look up things a lot. ( like the Constantinopolitan Creed and the Synod of Toledo as examples. )Interesting info!
