I went into this one blind. I didn't expect to see a relationship develop from them being teenagers for such a long portion of the book. I am over 20% in and we're getting a good build up of their best friend relationship, the heroine being obsessed with the hero and her waiting to make a move. I am now hoping it will pick up and we can move to the present day or at least to the characters being a bit older.

I love a good second chance Christmassy romance

I am so loving this. It's cute, atmospheric, it's a slow burn and I love the heroine.

I am really enjoying this so far. There have been laugh out loud moments, some good banter, the chemestry is getting there

This is so, so good so far

DNFing at 40%. It could be that I picked this up at the wrong time, but there were also some repetitive scenes that started to frustrate me and also a love triangle where only one of the heros is in the positive light is not my favorite

I'm loving this one so far. There's such thoughtful conversations, relationship building and overall it's making me appreciate every single character for their contribution to the story

I am liking the premise and tension between Lilith and Zahriev so far

This is not looking good... the heroine is insufferable. The hero is 2 dimensional & the point to this book looks to be to show how misogynistic corporate world is ( I agree), but it's done in such a childish and passive aggressive way, that it just feels counterproductive. I am this far in so I won't DNF, but I am not enjoying this.

So, by the 50% mark we're getting a 24h f*ckfest & little to no connection as to why they are hot for eachother? It's not looking good...

oh my goodness, this book is dragging and I literally don't care about these characters any more ... as this is the last book, I will finish it. But the rating is definitely not looking up

I am not getting the point to this last book. I had some hopes and expectations, but so far this book is giving nothing. More so, if these weird chapters from the past are foreshadowing to what I think they're alluding to, I fear the author has tricked us into rooting for a gross romance, that none of us wanted to root for.

It's kind of bad that already 20% I wished the other sister was the heroine.
Maybe it's just me, but the heroine that is kind of the damsel in distress is not my perferred kind of heroine in a romantasy

So far, this is not only a love story for Wouter and Dani, but also a love letter to Amsterdam

I don't want this book to end. Abby does this thing where she writes a book you want to savor & can't put down at the same time 😍

I am so sorry to DNF a book by a debut author this far in, but I honestly can't make myself continue.

The idea for the book is great. The execution unfortunately is not.

The start is not hitting the same as Unsteady. I am not the biggest fan of college FMC's who are clueless, so I hope this picks up a bit.

Christian .... I think he's now my favorite hero from the Twisted series

This one is quite different from other Cara Bastone books I've read. It's more emotional, dealing with grief and a socially awkward hero. I am liking it so far

This book is a quite addicting & I'm happy I have the weekend to binge the next books

I am struggling to finish this one. I am noy as invested in these character's story line as I was in the previous duology.

I fear I have lost all interest in what the quest in this book is supposed to be doing. I feel like this book diverts from what was most interesting about Iron Flame. As I am 60% in I want to finish it, but don't know that it will get any better for my liking.

I feel like even though it seems like things are happening, I feel like nothing of importance is happening at the same time 🤷🏻‍♀️. Also, I had forgotten how much I dislike the audio narration for this series. The narrator makes the characters sounds childish and way below their age. At times they sounds petty or whiny, not what the book is going for.

This book is so good so far. It has fun components, a bit of angst, great found family and a great idea behind what Christmas is and what it has become ... I am loving it

There is something awkward about this couple. I'm not feeling the chemistry and Beau has grown from the mysterious, hottest brother, to someone I'm not sure has a purpose in this book, besides getting with Bailey. I'm not feeling it so far 🤔
