What am I reading?! I went into this book totally blind. So far I’d call it sort of “thriller” genre, which is not my usual. A man who can’t remember his name is in a sinister town and can’t escape. I’ll leave the rest for now. What I expected to be pretty much the end was only halfway through the book. Will be h retested to see how this wraps up but spooned for where we are going next.

I picked this book up off the table at random at Winchester Book Gallery because the back snippet seemed good. I’m 50% of the way through and, although anything can happen, this has been a great read. I kind of wish I read it on kindle instead of paperback because I’d like to highlight several sections where the author subverts societal expectations or says a simple sentence where the thought can be profound.
