Being in Davis’ head is literally giving me second hand embarrassment and not in a good way …

Unfortunately this book just couldn’t hold my attention, it started out so well, and then just fell off. Chase and Bailey got together super fact and then BAM!! Nothing!! Nothing Happened

This book …. I dont know anymore. I’m going to finish it just because I’m pretty far in, but honestly there are so many things that are driving me up a wall. There’s just too many tropes going on and not in a cohesive way. It’s just getting more ridiculous by the chapter.

Jessa is annoying me … did she really just ask Anton who marinas father was?! As if she wasn’t in the room when Anton killed him …. I can’t. This wasn’t the first time in this book that she’s asked questions that she’d gotten the answers to in Book 1 but this one just pushed me over the edge.

So far so good, lots of inner monologue but super funny!

…. I dont know what it is. Maybe the fact they’ve known each other for 5 days and she’s already talking about being in love with her boss, or the fact that’s she’s only been there 5 days and is making partner level decisions without running it past anyone. Also the way she thinks and speaks about Marley is starting to get to me and not in a good way. Definitely starting to skim through some pages …

This book is such a struggle and I’m barely even Into it … where is the “beautifully written and incredibly funny” aspect? If anything Eleanor is rude. Her thoughts are not ones I like being in and she has no sympathy or compassion whatsoever.

Hoping something profound happens soon …

So far I’m really enjoying this book. There’s a TON of back history about the people and land that normally I find boring and skip but I’m curious and really enjoying all of it so far!

So far so good, definitely a little predictable in some ways. Definitely think Sean’s father had something to do with Nels death and Helen is covering it up for whatever reason. Also was Sean’s affair with Nel? Because that’s what it’s sounding like.

Continuous book rut this past month. I've read one maybe two books that I've really enjoyed. Other than that, not much has peeked my interest. Ugh

Umm did she really just ask that. She stole his horse and ride it in a race and then asks that the second they get back to her cabin? I'm confused. If I was him, I would've fired her.

So now she's a horse jockey, and had no regards to anyone else's job esp Clint. Can't say I like her very much.

The dreaded jean skirt is being worn. I swear, I'm going to make a books hk just for jean skirts ... No one in their early 20s wears them. Believe me.

I LOVE THIS BOOK. I get it. It's the same story blah blah blah. But it's not. There are a lot of bonus scenes that we get that lead up to certain situations in FSoG that we didn't see from Ana's POV. I wish this had been out before the movie was filmed. I think it would be added more for Jamie to work with. N

Am I supposed to like Alex? Cause I don't. I don't think I liked him in the first book either. Also what's with all this drama, it's the same thing over and over and over.

This chick has gone over a year and a half without her phone or use of the Internet .... I'd have gone mad by now. Especially trapped inside that house. Crazy chick ...
