Ugh!!!

So so frustrating! I keep wanting to shake some sense into Aelie. I mean, I can somewhat understand her feelings but she needs to actually look at the big picture. Not just her little world.

What in the world? I thought I was back in the Empire of the Vampire world. What? I was listening on audio and I forgot about the many similarities between these two worlds.
But as Pt 2 began I started to settle in and as more of the information regarding the gods were discussed, I knew exactly where we were. It’s been a LONG time between books and that’s my fault for jumping in without a refresher.
