Interesting! It’s hard to stop when my timer goes off.

So far I’m really enjoying it and the main character Loveday.

So far, I love it! I got this copy from a free little library and it has some pretty nasty water damage. I’ll be on the lookout for a new copy!

The intro was long and I felt like it gave way too many examples of what to expect from the book. I think the introduction could’ve been much shorter and still conveyed the message. But I am excited to read about these fabulous women!

I am having a little difficulty, remembering to check the name of each chapter to know if Olivetti talking or a different character.

I am having a hard time keeping up with who people are because sometimes she refers to people by their first name and sometimes by their last name. And there are a lot of characters.

So far it is a little hard to follow, because the language is so very different from current language.

It is a little difficult to follow. But, I haven’t given up just yet.

The book is getting a little easier to read and understand. I'm still finding it hard to put myself in one of the characters places so I can really grasp the idea of the book. I still haven't laughed out loud but have found a couple of lines that were humorous. :)

I started Chapter 1 last week and it seems fairly confusing. Maybe it is because it's British and I'm not familiar with "The Tower" or "Beefeaters". I've read several reviews though and except for one man who seems to be very grouchy, the reviews all had one thing in common: the book caused lots of people to laugh out loud. So I'm going to give it a go. #FingersCrossed
