I’m finding this fascinating. I don’t read war books, My husband’s grandfather was on this ship in WWII. Mr. Jones does a remarkable job in relating the day to day happenings on the ship from training to war. Getting close to the end, and peeking ahead…I think he also writes about the boys going home.

So far easier to read than Justine, the first book of the quartet.
