Quit spoiling Agatha Christie novels.

I got a few chapters into Be Mine, Again and didn't want to continue. I skipped to the epilogue and went on to the next story.

Finished Two Wrongs to Right. This one wasn't my cup of tea. I felt like this was a book in a series I hadn't read.

I finished Be My Inspiration by Chautona Havig. Bless Linus's heart. I really enjoyed his mishaps.

I prefer the stories without Hastings as the storyteller.

Mostly enjoyable. HOW do these people stay married. More than half of what the author says about her husband is negative.

Red flags. Not going to continue.

I'm really beginning to think poetry is just not for me.

I am going to set this book aside for now. I'm not liking the main character, and I really just want to read fantasy right now.

I'm glad this isn't just a written version of the YouTube shorts with extra scenes thrown in. Jill has taken the time to adjust the story to fit the different medium. I like the extra scenes with the editor and Leo. Leo's references to Rosamund's knives are appreciated.

I'm setting this book aside for now. I need something lighter for bedtime reading.

Spoilers ahead... books don't usually make me tear up, but oh man, the end of chapter 20. My house caught on fire when I was a teen. Once everyone was safe, I immediately thought about my books. Stories brought great solace in the months which followed.

This book has me laughing so much! Excited to read more.

I can't make myself care. I'm going to set this one aside and read something else.

Real Justice 3.5 stars. I didn't attach to the characters. On to Induction, the real reason I started this set of stories.

The Art of Deception. I liked this one better than the first. The characters knew each other a bit before the story started. Their reactions felt more realistic. The ending felt a bit bungled, but I think a few paragraphs are missing in the ARC.

Serial Heat-- I would not have picked up this story if it weren't part of a collection with a story by Chautona Havig. Serial killer stories are not my cup of tea. A bit too much insta-love for my taste. I would give this one 3.5 stars.

I think I'm going to stop here. This book is a manual, which will take me years to work through with my children. I'll probably purchase my own copy and work it into our homeschool curriculum.

Finished ReDawn. This one took me longer to get into with the opening on a new planet with an alien culture. I didn't like Alanik as much as FM. Going to take a break to read a library book which is due soon and Cytonic (which comes between this novella and the next).

Finished the first novella, which I liked. I wanted a glimpse into what happened on Detritus while Spensa was gone, and I appreciate having that.

The introduction went on way too long. I thought this would be a Christian book, but it seems to incorporate aspects of other religions such as panentheism. I'm really leery at this point. However, I feel like I should at least read a few of the weeks.

I think I'm going to quit this one. The whole thing just makes me uncomfortable. There has also just been so much repetition.

Not really appealing to me.

Finished Apple Of My Eye. I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others. I don't know much about NYC, so the descriptions confused me.

Not for me. This book is going over many things I already know/decided. It also lacks the biblical foundation I have for my family.

I finished The Duchess of Bloomsbury Street portion. It felt like a delightful dream. I want to visit London now.

I have finished two out of the five books in this volume. I look forward to finally reading about Helene's visit to England.
