This is the most interesting book I've read this year. I personally think it's a very important factual study on the bias of women, wether intentional or unintentionally . I personally think that everyone in a position of responsibility as well as general public should read this. With only a fifth read I do need to take a break from this as it's giving a lot of shocking stats .
