Had to return the book to the library before finishing but was really liking the book. It revealed the terrible hardships Koreans endured in the 20th century. Made me think of all the people living in refugee camp today. How do they survive? I can’t imagine.

For some unknown reason I am reading all five in a row. They are captivating.

Well, I'm having a baby, so I am now reading baby books. I hope I can get back to reading novels soon, they are so much more relaxing.

I would have finished this little book on the train this morning, but I forgot it at home!! Arg.

Reading this one for a second time. I liked the first time, so here goes.....

I have wanted to read this book for so long, and so far it is not quite measuring up.

I hope to finish this weekend, finally. This book has been a tough one for me.

This book is really boring -- I would quit now, but I quit on my last book, so I feel like I have to stick it out.

I am looking forward to the end of this book. It is interesting and I like it, but I want it to be over so I can move on to my next book.

I find myself not wanting to read this book because I don't want to hear the horror stories of the war. But I think things are improving.
