I was listening to the audio book put out by Duke Classics and narrated by J.P. Guimont and Tavia Gilbert. I CANNOT recommend it. Guimont adopts many thick accents. When Professor Van Helsing appears in Chapter 10, I had to abandon the audio book. The professor's broken English (as written), thick Dutch accent and painfully slow speaking pattern drove me madder than Renfield. I am finishing the book in print.

I am loving this book!

Wow, this book was riveting when it started. I was so caught up in the story, this horrible thing that seemed so real that I had to look up to see if it was true.

Now I am tired of the protagonist, tired of the miserable places he finds himself, tired of him making choices he knows will just make him more miserable. More than 100 pages left. Sigh.

OMG, I've only read one essay so far, and I am on the floor laughing. I so need this right now!
