I’m not sure I’ll be able to read the rest of this. The first two chapters have started out in standard past tense but then after a few paragraphs, move to present tense. I can’t fully get into the work because verb tense is shifting. I’m sad.

Finished the first book- I would agree with other readers that Joanna can be irritating, especially at first, but she does grow.

Actually titled Captive Seduction. So far liked the first book better.
