Awkward transition about headache. Could have been worded differently?

wow, well i'm understanding a lot more but these last few pages are really confusing. right now i don't have any favorite characters because they are all frustrating.

Wow, I didn't realize this book was set in the future bc most books assigned from school are about the past. The main character is very inquisitive, and releases infromation at just the right time to leave one guessing and keep on reading. And the writing style is so great, the caesura is just right, the author's writing style i would say is fluid but choppy at the same time.

At first I picked up this book because of the cool cover and blurb on the back but didn't start reading till a month later. I really started to enjoy thought after the first few pages. I have never had anxiety before which might be why her constant paranoia of everything is slightly annoying. But I don't think it degrades from the story itself. I hope later on in the story she starts to grow out of that mindset.
