The mother seems almost obsessed and mentally unwell regarding a former love interest and the father to the narrator. There's also elements of physical abuse indicated, and the mother, after being rejected three times by the man she loves, seems to target now her youngest as a scapegoat for these hurt emotions. There is also evidence of neglect, choosing the relationship over the child's well-being.

It seems the main character is altogether indifferent to the treatment of humans as cattle as he would be about the treatment regarding animals. He seems indifferent to his life overall, his father, his sister, even his wife and lover. The only thing he seems to be remotely emotional about is the death of his child, which makes sense, but makes it hard to relate to the main character as the story continues.

The explicit scenes were a bit too detailed and some points in the story were forgotten. For instance, Chasten is undressed in the middle of the woods, but no mention of seeing or needing his clothes back. George was initially in his robe when he texted Chasten, but then this is forgotten about when they meet up for the rendezvous in the woods. Inconsistencies and again, spelling and grammatical errors.

Some grammatical and spelling mistakes were found, possibly self-published. Also, characters seem very two-dimensional, static, and no dynamic characteristics or traits to make them relatable.

Does not need the overly explicit chat log. It felt a little drawn out and unnecessary.
